The BLOOM Project focuses on the economic empowerment of marginalized adolescents and youth aged 15–24 and is funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) through World Vision.

KIWOHEDE, in partnership with BABA WATOTO, successfully conducted a facilitators’ orientation aimed at equipping participants with an overview of the BLOOM Project and clarifying their roles in ensuring effective and smooth implementation.
The BLOOM Project focuses on the economic empowerment of marginalized adolescents and youth aged 15–24 and is funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) through World Vision.
The session was held at Ngome Hall, Kinondoni Municipal Council, and brought together facilitators from 34 wards across Kinondoni, Ilala, Temeke, and Ubungo Municipal Councils in Dar es Salaam. Representatives from KIWOHEDE, BABA WATOTO, and World Vision Tanzania also participated, strengthening collaboration toward improving youth livelihoods and opportunities.
