We are conducting training on positive discipline in order to Transform Classrooms with Compassion. This Positive Discipline training empowers teachers and headteachers with practical, non-violent alternatives to outdated disciplinary methods. By embracing empathy, active listening, positive reinforcement, and shared responsibility, teachers are building stronger, more respectful relationships with their pupils and creating classrooms where learning thrives and every child feels safe, heard, and valued.
