KIWOHEDE Conducts Youth Forum to Promote Digital Entrepreneurship and Youth Leadership
KIWOHEDE, in collaboration with World Vision Tanzania through the Youth Ready Project, conducted a Youth Forum aimed at empowering young people with practical knowledge and skills to participate meaningfully in entrepreneurship, leadership, and community development.
The forum focused on promoting the productive use of social media for business and entrepreneurship, enabling youth to understand how digital platforms can be used responsibly to create business opportunities, promote products and services, and strengthen their entrepreneurial initiatives.
The forum also emphasized the importance of ethical values and responsible behavior on social media. Participants were encouraged to use digital platforms positively, respectfully, and responsibly while protecting their personal integrity and contributing to safe and constructive online communities.
Another key area of discussion was youth leadership and leadership opportunities. Participants gained a deeper understanding of the role young people can play in decision-making, community development, and initiatives that create positive change.
The Youth Forum provided an interactive platform for young people to gain practical knowledge, share experiences, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions on how they can effectively use social media while developing their leadership and entrepreneurial potential.
Through initiatives such as the Youth Ready Project, KIWOHEDE continues to support young people with relevant skills, knowledge, and opportunities that enable them to become responsible, innovative, and active contributors to their communities.
