KIWOHEDE and World Vision Tanzania Conduct Quarterly Meeting with In-School Promoters

KIWOHEDE, in partnership with World Vision Tanzania (WVT) through the AHADI Project, conducted a quarterly meeting with 130 In-School Promoters from 69 schools across Temeke and Kinondoni Municipalities. The participating schools included 24 secondary schools and 45 primary schools.

The meeting aimed to strengthen the capacity of In-School Promoters and improve the quality of project implementation, data management, and reporting at the school level.

Key areas covered during the meeting included:

  • Kobo Collect: Feedback and practical guidance on adolescent registration and the use of Kobo Collect for data collection.
  • AHADIIM Sessions: Orientation on AHADIIM sessions to support effective delivery of project activities to adolescents in schools.
  • LMMS: Orientation on the Learning Management and Monitoring System (LMMS), focusing on data management, documentation, and reporting.

The quarterly meeting provided an important platform for sharing experiences, addressing implementation challenges, strengthening coordination, and ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of AHADI Project activities across participating schools.

Through continued collaboration between KIWOHEDE, World Vision Tanzania, schools, and In-School Promoters, the AHADI Project continues to strengthen school-based interventions that support adolescents to access relevant knowledge, services, and opportunities for improved well-being and development.
