A five-day Youth Ready Stage 2 Guide Validation Workshop held in Kigali, Rwanda. The workshop, organized by World Vision, brought staff from World Vision Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya, and Canada, with KIWOHEDE attending as an implementing partner of the Youth Ready project in Tanzania.
The workshop was productive, resulting in the initial draft of the project facilitation guide and provided an opportunity to assess its potential impact on youth, particularly in the areas of supporting pathways, education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Additionally, participants benefited from cross-country learning through knowledge exchange sessions, tour visit and field visits to beneficiaries at a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centre, as well as to successful young entrepreneurs.
