The rain workers from KIWOHEDE have conducted awareness session to 125 students from Destiny secondary school on the topic of Puberty and fertility awareness. Different Manifestations during puberty to boys and girls were thoroughly discussed and children were happily satisfied. This were included physical, behavioral, social, emotional changes as well as hygiene.

The satisfaction of the session to the students was brought when the rain workers use posters and tools designed for a particular session (baby necklace & Little mom).

On top of that, children were amazed with how the rain workers use various methodologies in presenting the topic especially when explaining menstruation circle in a easy, unbiased, taboo free and in understanding way by using a tool called “the baby necklace”

A session took place yesterday on 19th March 2024 at Destiny secondary premises located Bunju A, Kinondoni municipality DSM.
